OK so here’s my theory about why street girls in boots are so sexy.
A hooker’s working uniform, generally speaking, is short skirt with stockings and boots. But the girls in the street won’t wear tight miniskirts and stockings, in case other girls think they’re slutty. But they will wear the boots, because lots of other girls wear boots. To the keen male eye, the boots are offering an illicit glimpse into the girl’s inner hooker, or what she would look like if she was a street hooker. Not the most PC fantasy in the world, but hey, we’re guys aren’t we?
