A lot of the street party and carnival candid girls wear boots. I think this is because they know boots look slutty, but they know they can get away with it. Their clothing and costumes are sexy, but they’re sexy in a fashionable way rather than in a slutty way. But the boots allow us an illicit little glimpse into “her inner hooker”, same as with every street girl.
I assume this couple are walking as part of a parade, but it looks as though the boyfriend is parading his GF, and getting the applause for it. And since the leggy girlfriend is all dressed up in a tight jacket with miniskirt and boots, I’d say that the applause is well deserved…
